Note:-
- Night Allowance Applicable For Local Trip after 22:00 Hrs.
- Timing and Kilometer will be counted from Office to Office… 08Hrs/80Kms slab shall be applied. On completion of 12Hrs/120Kms slab, extra KM/Hour shall be charged as per Transport Tariff.
- Toll Tax, Permit Tax, Parking & driver allowance will be charged extra as per actual. + GST: 5%.
- For outstation duty, the minimum distance shall be calculated at 350 km per calendar date or the actual distance, whichever is higher. Charges shall be on a per KM basis as per tariff.
- Standing A/C is chargeable.
- If the government hikes Diesel/Petrol prices, then the cost will increase without any notice.
- In case the type of car as per requisition is unavailable for some unforeseen reasons, a similar type of car shall be provided to the guest.
- All vehicles are air-conditioned, non-smoking, neat and clean.
- Chauffeurs and/or BETTER CHOICE HOLIDAYS Airport Representative positioned with Welcome Placard at Airport/Railway Station to receive guests and their Pick-up.
- Tool & Parking Extra charges.
